Project Coordinator
West Bridgewater (with jobs in Greater Boston/Newport)


A great opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills and experience working autonomously in a high paced setting. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, hands-on, and has strong interpersonal skills. The Project Coordinator works for, and closely with, the Construction Management Team to ensure a smooth and efficient resolution of administrative and operational matters pertaining to all projects.
  • Receive project transfer from Estimating Division, upload project specifications, initial drawings and related data into project folder
  • Track and prompt Project Managers to obtain timely documentation required for project startup/closeout; secure executed subcontracts; process monthly progress billing; follow up on job cost reporting; facilitate change order process
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to identify current project needs, prioritizations, and assignments of tasks
  • Request redlines from the project stakeholders and project field team members, as needed
  • Obtain/issue, as appropriate, insurance certificates, vendor credit applications, warranty letters, certificates of completion, waivers, guides and manuals
  • Responsible for proper system setup for projects, assisting Project Managers with best practices and SOPs for related tasks
  • Accurately sets-up and maintains shared project folders; keeping project files current as information changes
  • Schedules, prepares, and participates in all project meetings and transposes meeting minutes as needed
  • Maintains As-builts, master log tracking status, priority, calendar for deadlines
  • High level of integrity, discretion and accountability
  • A "self-starter" able to work independently and complete assigned tasks in an accurate and timely manner

  • Attention to detail with strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated competence using computer systems/programs/applications that support inventory management, equipment tracking/logging and job cost accounting
  • Sound computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Bluebeam, Maxwell and Sage
  • Must have a valid driver's license and DOT medical card
